I am a visitor economy industry development career professional and creator of opportunities, specialising in tourism business program delivery, tourism product and distribution development and stakeholder engagement. As Associate Director Product Development at Destination NSW, I lead a team of specialist Product Managers to deliver on the NSW Visitor Economy Strategy 2030. Overseeing the NSW First Program, the lead industry development initiative by Destination NSW, I am responsible for the creation and delivery of a state-wide program of targeted workshops, webinars and industry resources designed to assist tourism businesses to develop, promote and sell market-matched tourism products.
