I was a Level II RN for a pediatric home health agency. I cared for neonatal to pediatric patients with the needs of trach and peg tube care. This is a total care position from assisting with toileting to medication administration.

I was in charge of the skilled nursing and rehab unit. I oversaw two medication nurses and up to five CNAs during my day. I called the doctors and transcribed their orders. I also talked with family and residents about their stay and did admissions and discharges.

I administered medications and various treatments, including respiratory and wound care.
