Lead designer for all Napster redemption flows including Best Buy Rewards incentive programs launching the experience for the web, iOS, and Android user flows.Designed all Napster Customer Relationship Management (CRM) correspondences including weekly newsletters, retention, registration confirmation, and win-back campaigns.. CRM retention emails sent ten days before a subscriber expired had a 6% click through rate to remain a subscriber. CRM win-back emails had a .042% success rate of fully expired subscribers returning to Napster.Created a dynamic messaging system (DMS) for first time users to highlight Napster’s most popular features. The DMS and CRM correspondences brought user engagement up by 35%.Designed “skins” for the homepage take over and an online jukebox. Designed numerous print, gift cards, and marketing collateral campaign materials. Collaborated closely in Agile teams with UI designers, front-end developers, back-end developers and QA engineers on all projects. In addition, worked with groups across the company (user testing, music programming, music content, business development, marketing) to ensure relevance and ease of use.Acted as Scrum Master for the A&CRM Agile Team. Oversaw each sprint (2-week work period where specific tasks are completed and releasable) by making sure projects stayed on target and helped identify and removed any roadblocks,. Facilitated daily stand-up meetings, where all team members gave updates on their status. Created and maintained burn-down charts to track work progress.
