I have learned that my deepest satisfaction comes from relationships -- and that accomplishment and success are sweetest when shared and enjoyed with one another. In my professional life as an independent sales consultant with Thrive Life, a leading freeze-dried food company, I’ve been able to exercise and hone that belief by recruiting, training and supporting a team of more than two hundred consultants and thousands of customers.For 12 years I've personally mentored, trained and worked to inspire fellow consultants -- individually and collectively. I've represented Thrive Life at vendor shows and expos and helped shape company culture and policy as a member of the Consultant Leadership Board. I've also taught and trained at over 15 conventions and leadership training events. I was honored to be a recipient of Thrive Life's highest award, the Thrive Life Achievement award, and rank among the top consultants in the company.In addition to professional experience, I've served in various leadership and volunteer positions in my church and community, where I've further developed the ability to solve problems and work effectively with people. Raising and nurturing my children has always been my top priority and has further enhanced my ability to be calm under pressure, creative in meeting unexpected challenges, and teachable and curious. That has been my greatest privilege and the crowning achievement of my life.
