Designed solutions for PeopleInsight global enterprise products: an engagement coaching platform and a reporting/web-based analytics tool to help enable Amazon's Human Resources and Operations leaders to make informed decisions. Tasks include usability testing, customer profiles, rapid iterating, leading workshops, building out branding guidelines for the department, and advocating for a stronger presence of UX within the product development roadmap. Tasks are completed within Agile structured two-week design sprints with weekly meetings alongside other designers, developers, and product manager for constant feedback.

Provided a proof of concept prototype to stakeholders on how Uber can use their current infrastructure to help local communities in emergency situations with a specified timeline of six months. Tasks included extensive research including subject matter expert interviews, dimensional analysis, case studies, competitive analysis, developing usability test plans as well as multiple design iterations alongside the RITE method.

Attain for Students is an education tracking app created with the students in mind, providing the ability for students to track their mood dispositions, assignments, attendance, and study sessions. My primary tasks consisted of conducting competitive analysis and landscape research on existing educational apps. Specifically focusing on student goals and how other apps approached tracking, I gathered findings on how our app would best fit in this market. To gather user feedback on this mobile app, I recruited participants for in-house usability testing sessions to pinpoint user’s pain points and confusion. After each session, I conducted usability evaluation on how well our product stacked up against the System Usability Scale (SUS).
