Team covers various supplier development and supply chain quality related activities related to various raw materials, special processing, hardware components, etc.

Supply Chain Engineer supporting supplier development and supply chain quality of castings for Falcon rocket, previously supported special processes (metal finishing, coatings, surface engineering) within the supply base. Technical point of contact to external and internal stakeholders for supply chain related parts and activities for scope of materials and processes. Responsibilities include technical support for stakeholders, process improvements, root cause investigation and corrective action management, operations consulting at suppliers, and managing supplier quality.

Led and executed materials science related projects and solutions within research, development, and application selection for national security.Responsibilities include:- proposing and leading new, novel projects to ensure Honeywell FM&T is on the cutting edge of new technologies, processes, and materials- using Six Sigma tools to identify, test, and validate new processing and equipment technologies- designing and executing experiments (DOEs) and conducting data analysis

Research project: Modeling and testing of stress mechanics of polymer encapsulation-induced cracks in crystalline silicon (C-Si) solar cells.- Fabricated encapsulated solar module samples.- Performed mechanical testing on ethylene vinyle acetate (EVA) and other polymeric samples via three-point bending and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA).- Modeled solar cell encapsulation and stress mechanics via finite element analysis/method (FEA/FEM) modeling.

Thesis Project: Investigated impedance spectroscopy to characterize carbon nanotube (CNT) porosimetry by modeling CNT carpets as porous electrodes.- Conducted carbon nanotube growths via chemical vapor depostion (CVD).- Analyzed CNT carpets via scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), and impedance spectroscopy.- Configured experimental test setup in three-electrode configuration to gather cyclic voltammetry (CV) and potentiostatic electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (PEIS) data.- Analyzed data using impedance models in Mathematica and in Matlab.

Internship Project: Fabrication and characterization of carbon nanowalls as saturable absorbers for mode locked fiber lasers.- Fabricated and grew carbon nanowalls on silicon substrates using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD)- Tested and applied various coating materials such as polyimide and spin-on glass onto carbon nanowall samples to determine most suitable material and associated parameters for saturable absorber application.- Performed and gathered laser performance data of various carbon nanowall films and mirrors to analyze the effect of various experimental parameters on laser performance such as power output and modulation depth.- Analyzed data gathered to determine respective reflectivity or transmittance spectrum.
