I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management and several years experience in sales management, human relations, recruiting, training, managing a store of 120+ employees as well as all aspects of operations and customer service. I've traveled as a trainer/recruiter for Abercrombie & Fitch and have been involved in the retail industry for over 3 years. Responsibilities in my previous positions included managing payroll, scheduling, human resources, and the hiring process from beginning to end. I am looking for a position that would enable me to utilize these skills in perhaps a District Manager role or something equivalent. I have also participated in several inventories and have reduced the shrink rate substantially in two retail stores, Shi by Journeys and Abercrombie and Fitch.I enjoy working with a wide range of people from training new hires to planning/executing strategies with upper management. I try to avoid this cliché but I definitely consider myself a "people person."
