Produced a Consumer Advocate/Lead Generation marketing program for Lincoln Mercury. ~ Grew the project from a 30K pilot to an annually renewed turnkey program with budgets exceeding 4 million. ~ Prepared proposals, hired, trained and managed on-site staff for Ford and Lincoln Mercury sponsored events and trade shows, procured premium and vehicle/display elements.~ Oversaw market research/focus groups for advocate selection and managed program-specific communications center, consumer and client websites, metrics and various print and video support.
