Jens has 25 years of experience with biotech and pharmaceutical projects. He has extensive international Project –and Engineering Management experience gained from leading teams during design, procurement, construction and operation of high value biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical facilities. He has taken roles as Project Manager, Engineering Manager, as co-Construction Manager, Automation Lead, Process Lead, and Commissioning Lead. He has a deep expertise and comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), biopharmaceutical processes, quality, engineering, validation, facility management and operations.Over the years, Jens has gained broad knowledge within all aspects of engineering and construction within the pharmaceutical industry working for many internaltional clients like Lonza, UCB, Synthon, bioMeriux, Novo Nordisk, Biogen, From 2013 to 2016 Jens was part of the Global Project Governance function overlooking NNE Pharmaplans global project portfolio. Additionally, Jens has been a key driver in the development and implementation of NNE Pharmaplan's Good Engineering Practise, Our Model.Now Jens is acting as the Engineering Manager on the Novo Nordisk greenfield facility in Clayton North Carolina
