Thirteen-week intense learning adventure which included exposure & project application of the following: JavaScript, Express, Mongo, Mongoose, AngularJS, JQuery, Ruby, Rails, SQL, & more. Included nightly homework of 3+ hours & weekend project application builds. Independent & group projects.

CDE Highly Effective Teacher Rating. Managed 7 groups of students daily while coordinating gifted-talented programming in accordance with legal documents for gifted-talented learners in which I was the lead case manager at a middle school of approximately 600 students. I also coordinated the gifted-talented identification process acting as a resource for testing to obtain body of evidence, parent communication, collaboration with fellow gifted-talented teachers in the district during referral review team meetings, etc. Lastly, I was the originator of the D51 Scholastica Tournament which facilitated a one-day event (2x yearly - since 2014) which supported our middle school gifted programming & offered youth the opportunity to compete in critical thinking game challenges, meet like-minded peers in the valley, learn new games, and/or volunteer to help facilitate the event as a leadership growth experience. Presented at local, state, and national gifted conferences regarding my passion & approach to creating this event for gifted youth.

Managed approximately 25-30 personal injury cases which included drafting settlement letters, conducting research, scheduling litigation-related events, interacting w/clients in prep for disclosure deadlines, etc. Reached competency level of drafting expert disclosures. Attended one 7-day trial in court w/plaintiff, tech personnel, and the lead attorney for the case.

Taught advanced ELA where I experienced the joy of reading "12th Night" with 8th graders. Taught journalism class which published the school newspaper & yearbook (the latter won a small school yearbook award from the local university). Did fundraisers (which included sleeping in a tent on campus to protect garage sale wares) in preparation for students' school trip to Washington DC, of which I served as a teacher sponsor.

9th-12th Grade Languages Arts. We did a modern day rendition of Oedipus! Hilarious! Taught high school journalism where we published a school yearbook & newspaper. Utilized Aldus Pagemaker. Was invited to be the graduation commencement speaker for the first group of high schoolers whom I'd known as learners from 9th-12th grade.

Newbie teacher who flexibly taught whatever they needed me to cover. This included NM History, ELA, & a Senior Capstone project which was a pilot project for the school district.
