I work closely with the Sales and Operation Teams at Laboratory's to develop workflow SOP's within their laboratory services to help ensure efficient ordering on the front end. Efficient ordering on the front end will help ensure that clean claims are able to be submitted for reimbursement. The SOP's/Checklists that I develop help keep the lab's A/R low. My goal is to have a LOW A/R and HIGH percentage of clean claims submitted.

As a Field Service Manager, I managed a team of Field Service Reps and I was the direct liasion between their daily collections preformed at all of our treatment centers. Our clients are our number priority and the client is always right. Their is always a solution to EVERY problem that arises. My job consisted of producing solutions and fabulous customer service daily to each and every account we have in Southern California.

We were one of the first clinical labs to provide test results via the Internet, integrate a seamless Medical Review process, and interface with electronic patient management systems using HL7. Calloway works with industry leaders to educate treatment professionals how urine drug testing can improve patient care and reduce physician liability.

x Ensure that all issues and queries are resolved and answered as efficiently as possible. Interact with administration, customer service, and production departments to maintain effective communications and operations. x Perform on-site visits to enhance customer satisfaction, listen to needs, and provide latest information to enhance their business x Manage sales representatives and motivate in areas of growth and enhanced customer service x Improve customer service, utilizing client feedback through the development of new policies and procedures.
