From a university training in management and organization theory, completed with studies in international marketing in US - I began my consulting career in a cold Stockholm 1989.I and David Friman, introduced Solution Selling to Sweden 1999, and translated all materials to swedish. Now our firm is using the global concept Solution Selling, to develop large IT-organizations in the Nordic countries.People seek our expertise in how to develop their sales organisations to sell solutions, instead of products, on a nordic basis.Often sales forcasts are the key issue of our consultancy, and how to get people to provide the proper input.Beeing CEO for 9 years and two start-ups, I have a lot of experience of running organizations and creating support systems - aswell as hiring.My goal is that sales organisations think less of making a deal - and more of creating customer success.Specialties: Develop performing sales organisations, creating reliable sales forcast systems, traing sales and managers in solution selling, helping winning opportunities, pulling out a good story from time to time!
