Over 15 years of helping others find stability in their relationships, employment, mental health, and finances. Through relational coaching, I offer support and problem-solving skills to people who are struggling and in crisis. I work personally with those in need as well as coach others in their own care giving roles. Decisive, direct, and aware of the boundaries needed to care without rescuing or enabling. I truly believe that individual growth is facilitated by having a firm but kind sounding board in overwhelming circumstances.
