Manage all aspects of the office including human resources, accounts payable and receivable, general bookkeeping, payroll, benefits, equipment purchasing and leases, and business insurance. Manage multiple properties throughout Wisconsin, including leasing, rentals, and maintenance. Handle bookkeeping, manager office, generate leases, and coordinate vendors for several entities. Handle bank draw requests. Handle monthly billings for all projects. Serve as liaison between developer and condo associations. Manage books and handle construction draws for multi-million dollar development projects.
