I lead tours with up to 16 people through different countries in western Europe. The tours are marketed under the brand Intrepid Travel, a world-wide, Australian responsible-travel company, and most guests are from Australia, the USA and other English-speaking countries. The work takes place April and September-October. I currently do tours in Spain, France, Benelux and Germany.

Project Manager for the University's part of "Copenhagen Talent Bridge" - a program to make international talents stay in Copenhagen.The aim of the task was to help the university's 1400 expat scientists and ph.d. students create a good life in Denmark, continue their career in Denmark when the initial contract ends, help their spouses getting a job, etc.Methods included mentor programs, workshops, career fairs, coaching, networking events, collaborating with other learning institutions and organizations, etc.

Continuing networking activities in Integrationsservice and achieving a smooth transition of the networks to the participants themselves after the consultancy work was not continued.

Working in the ministry's consultancy unit "Integrationsservice" country wide to support the good integration of immigrants and expats in Denmark, with a special emphasis on employment. My area of expertise was diversity management, recruitment of ethnic minorities, intercultural management and retainment of high skilled immigrants.Results include:- helping 19 Danish municipalities ("kommuner") attract and retain their high skilled immigrants from abroad, through 1:1 consulting and facilitating four networks. - creating a fertile environment as the facilitator for HR staff from 18 public companies all working with diversity management (Project SMEO - Strategisk ledelse af Mangfoldighed - i Egen Organisation). Organizations included DSB, Forsvaret, Aarhus Kommune, SKAT, Personalestyrelsen, Region Midt etc.- conducting proceses for better reception of immigrants in several municipalities in Eastern Denmark.

Division of cohesion and prevention of radicalization.Advising local communities in Eastern Denmark on how to deal with youth in danger of joining extremist groups, whether right wing or islamist.

Working in the city's central Center for HR in the Finance Department, the initiatives involved all of the city's 40,000+ employees. My responsibility was diversity management and how to make the city excellent at attracting and retaining employees of different ethnic backgrounds.

Results include:- helping the city go from 9,5% (2007) to 12,2% (2009) of employees with non-western background among the 40.000 employees in total.- conducting employer branding campaigns aimed specifically at potential employees with different ethnic backgrounds- responsible for the hiring of 30 immigrants in the socalled "Integrations- og oplæringsstillinger", from campaigning to setting up mentor programs.- project manager for role model corps, diversity management prize ("Københavns Kommunes mangfoldighedspræmie") and various other initiatives within diversity management.

HR and communication consultant, internally in the Finance Department. Project manager for the development of an HR-portal on the intranet of the organization. Developing HR tools for the app. 400 managers, in the area of recruitment, competence development and the rest of HR matters.

Working as an independent consultant, I had jobs in the area of proces consultation and teaching in higher education. Jobs included:- Co-teaching 250 students from 70 countries at the Maersk International Shipping Education (MISE) in the area of Intercultural Management (leading the distance teaching, coplanning the session in Copenhagen)- Creating the proces whereby two small-size companies developed their mission, vision and strategy- Teaching at the Copenhagen Business School and Denmark International Study Programme
