I am an experienced interior designer and project manager with experience within the workplace and the hospitality sector design.My experience has led the project of interior space planning of Crowne Plaza Hotel in Qing-Pu, Shanghai. The project covering area is 33327 square meters, which is including 315 designed guest rooms and public facilities. I have worked at the front-end, developing concepts with clients from concept to completion and site delivery. In addition, I have worked at the developing design concepts with clients were related to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nan-Ning and Xin-Zhuang. On the other hand, I have worked with the Shanghai government's construction engineers. The content was to discussed and solved the building structure problems, in order to make the building structure combined with interior design; moreover, discussed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing settings with the MEP engineers, and resolved the interior design problems.My recent work experience is at the Taipei Design firm as Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager, and participating in residential, residential common space, and commercial space interior design planning. The present job is as an interior design project manager and is responsible for the full spectrum of the project management, including planning, design, tendering, construction, occupancy and close out of all the project.
