Over the last decade, I've worked as a data-driven market and UX researcher, where I've delivered actionable research insights. My client portfolio includes companies such as Meta, Spotify, Booking, Johnson & Johnson, and Takeda, but I've also worked with over 100 small to mid-sized companies.I loved trying out new tools, and I've worked with Qualtrics, SPSS, Tableau, Delve, dScout, Figma, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and many others. My experience covers both quantitative and qualitative methods, including survey research, in-depth interviews, usability studies, and user persona creation.On the 50+ research projects I've been involved with, I've worked closely with product, design, engineering, and data analytics teams, where findings have directly affected product roadmaps and strategies. When collaborating in workshops and when presenting, I've used Figma, Miro, Mural, and a long list of other tools. I'm comfortable reporting research findings and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. In my qual moderator role, I conduct interviews and focus groups in English, Portuguese, and Danish.I work as a senior user experience researcher at Loop UX, an amazing research agency, where I conduct 300+ in-depth interviews and focus groups annually.
