As an Area Director at Carroll University I manage two residential facilities. This includes supervising a staff of 10 student leaders, advising my area's Community Leadership Council, assisting with student staff selection and training, advising Student Conduct Board, developing living learning communities across campus, facilitating student staff.

To pursue my interest in leadership programs, I advise a group of 14 student leaders who were selected as part of the Scholar Leader Living Learning Community. I specifically work with these students on selecting the new incoming cohort of Scholar Leaders, through the creation of an application, individual and group interview processes. I also assist with.

Bishop Hall

As Graduate Resident Director and First Year Advisor for Bishop Hall, I manage a residence hall of 92 upper-class students. This includes supervising 2 Resident Assistants, building a strong community, mediating conflicts between students and managing facilities concerns. My role also includes academic advising for residents in two first year halls.

Through my role as a course instructor, I have the opportunity to help first and second year students explore various majors and careers. I also help students with resume development and networking to prepare them for their future internship and job search

To explore orientation programs through the Office of Diversity Affairs at Miami University, I served as a summer intern planning and implementing a 3-days orientation programs for first year students. I also created and distributed an assessment survey to participants to continue improving the MADE@Miami program.

As the Assistant Resident Director and First year Advisor, I collaborated with my supervisor to create a positive living and learning environment for 275 first year students.
