- Overseeing the optimisation of the online product catalogue to drive customer engagement and conversion - Developing digital plans for seasonal and promotional strategies and site enhancements and for product launches - Providing conversion analysis to enable business decisions around website layout and content - Working with merchandisers to execute plans - Managing teams to utilise search and navigation tools - Delivering timely and accurate implementation of the SEO strategy - Providing insights of ecommerce activity to senior management.

Mainly assisting key people within businesses, Heads of IT, Heads of E-Commerce/Web etc. Our key offering was IT consultation to a variety of companies in a variety of industries. Wefocused on SME’s as well as larger, more niche work in the UK and overseas. We employed 4 individuals who did a variety of tasks for our clients including business growth, marketing, mentoring and teaching.The main focus of the business was delivering new website projects to clients to take their businesses forward.During the time here I managed and delivered over 25 projects. This role stopped because I was offered a long term role at Morgan & Quinn whilst my partner got offered a long term role overseas. This timed well with a member of staff retiring, two moving away and one moving industries.

My role within this leisure company was to develop new business opportunities at their venues. One of which held music events and the other had an inn. I introduced the business to online sales channels and doubled the turnover of this area within 3 months. I then employed individuals in the relevant areas to keep driving these areas forward and manage them. The business continued to grow during my entiretime there.

I joined this business to assist in taking their dated system forward. They were running a stock system that relied purely on spreadsheets and their order management system was similar. They were part way through a new system development when I began my work there but I completed the project with a 3rdparty. The business worked a lot more efficiently with new systems but unfortunately due to the climateand the struggling import market at that time, the company decided to stop trading in the UK.
