The Solo with Supports Program works with 25+ youth who have in-care status with Children and Family Services, and youth and their families who are receiving services through Family Supports for Children with Disabilities. Individualized support plans are created to improve family relationships and improve youth development outcomes. Coordinated case management efforts guide clients from intake to adult supports such as AISH, PDD, TAP.

The Centre for Family Literacy provides literacy support for adults and families through preschool programs and adult volunteer tutor services. I provided oversight of the programs, supported program development, and monitored program budgets.

I began working at YESS in 2006 as the Volunteer Coordinator and moved into the role of Career and Employment Coach. In 2009 I became the Armoury Youth Centre Coordinator, and two years later began a leadership position as Quality Assurance Administrator. I spent the last five years at the organization as Quality Assurance/Program Manager where I provided oversight of programs / services for youth experiencing houselessnes.
