Work with Operation, Technical, Sales and Logistics managers for analysing performance, determining how best to define, prioritise, plan and implement improvements that safely deliver the most value to the business. Provide advice to the department, execute analysis and benchmarking of Production’s end-to-end performance, and identify and implement improvement initiatives that enable functional excellence.Establish and calculate product costs standard for the new factory in Victoria in 2019.

• In charge of Region’s financial reporting and management accounting responsibilities to both internal and external clients by generating timely and fairly presented financial statements. Perform analytical review of inputs received to ensure compliance to prescribed accounting policies and corporate guidelines. •Handle the financial operations of the region including preparation and presentation of Monthly Management Reports. •Provide thorough analysis of financial performance for controlling, planning and decision making purposes•Supervise 3-5 Financial Accountants/Analysts and coordinates with the region and area management team•Provide cost and financial analysis to help improve Region’s performance by increasing its profitability without sacrificing quality of products and services. •Provide advice and support to Region Management (Internal customers) in translating to financial terms its plans and programs and in evaluating the results of operation.•Prepare and manage annual budget. •Ensure effective financial systems and procedures by providing technical trainings to all staff•Prepares feasibility studies/financial analysis on various projects (creation of new sales districts, opening dealerships and franchises, etc.) which will help increase region’s profitability
