CurrentPartnerships are key to the success of Hootsuite. My goal is to contribute towards strategizing, building and commercializing a world class ISV(Independent Software Vendor) partner ecosystem for Hootsuite. My role is a mix of strategic planning & tactical execution to gain consensus and drive alignment and ultimately revenue to both sides of our partnerships.As a Senior ISV Partner Manager, I manage Hootsuite Enterprise’s industry leading, “best-in-breed” ISV partner ecosystem which includes: Talkwalker, Brandwatch, TINT, Upfluence, Meltwater, Pulsar Platform, Wistia, and Digimind. I specialize in the areas of Deep Social Listening, Marketing Automation, User-Generated Content (UGC), Influencer Marketing and Digital Asset Management.Some Responsibilities include and not limited to the following:Formulate and execute overall marketing automation/user-generated content (UGC), deep social listening and consumer research, and influencer marketing technologies mutual and direct resell strategies in conjunction with executive and management leadership on both sides of the partnershipDevelop strong GTM/joint value prop with key Tier 1 partnersSales enablement training for Hootsuite pre and post sales teams on ISV partner solutionsEnable key ISV partners to refer opportunities and third party resell of Hootsuite ecosystem of prodyctsDrive joint account mapping, leadership alignment and strategic deal support on both sides of every partnershipDevelop and maintain annual business plans for key ISV partnersStrategic support and consultation on ISV partner technology integrations and new product launchesOn-going/daily deal management & conflict resolutionRegular sales pipeline review with key partnersLiaise with internal and partner marketing to ensure optimized support of partnershipsLiaise with Hootsuite launch and CSM team to ensure optimized launch and continued management of joint customers
