Current• Leadership Coaching & Developmento Coach leaders to build a high-performance culture within their teamo Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning with leaderso Support leaders in identifying and addressing performance issues• Employee Engagemento Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives • Learning and Developmento Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and learning needso Coach employees on career development strategies and expectationso Deliver training sessions when relevant • Employee Relationso Manage employee relations issues, coaching leaders in best practices that align with local employment law and company values, meet business needs and enhance individual employees’ engagement and experience.• On-boarding o Work with L&D teams embedded in Canada and UK to ensure corporate on-boarding. Perform local on-boarding of new employees in the Bucharest office.o Training new employees on company policies, IR and tools.• Operationalo Partner with our health broker and ensuring the right information gets reported to payroll. o Partner up with local payroll company and ensuring accurate information is reported to Payroll HQ.o Submit invoices from events or vendors and making sure everything is reported accurately to the Finance team.o Manage employee files and file storage.o Partner up with legal counsel.• HRIS - As a bonus point, I am familiar with Workday. I operate data entry for new hires, exist, promotions, any kind of data change may accrue.
