Led 15-member global team of product specialists, providing 24x5 coverage. Managed offices across Toronto, London, and Singapore, providing support to clients in Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Directed hiring, training, and scheduling, while overseeing service level agreements (SLAs), service improvements, reporting, and project management activities. Oversaw Tier 1 support, escalations, premier support, and portal administrator. Headed release of various new systems (e.g. Social CRM portal) and improvements to existing processes. Ensured proactive reporting, management, and resolution of all escalation issues.

Configured and deployed Eloqua Platform, enabling businesses to enhance their sales and marketing efforts. Provided business-specific customizations to Eloqua application. Partnered with project managers and product consultants to scope customer business requirements, provide best practices, and design and implement solutions. Played key role on various projects, including configurations, lead scoring, lead nurturing, CRM integration, subscription management, customer object integration, and data cleansing.

Led support department for company’s software division, MQX embedded. Monitored resolution of all worldwide customer issues across MetaWare High C/C++ compiler, MetaWare SeeCode debugger, MQX RTOS, and RTCS TCP/IP stack.

Grew company revenues by promoting value of solution and resolving all technical obstacles to a sale. Expanded sales by adding support for new hardware and creating captivating product demonstrations. Ensured customer adoption and success through engaging training sessions.

Co-created early social marketing vision and company with partner. Defined business model/plan, conceptualized marketing and sales materials, developed website front-end, and assisted in specifications for back-end. Orchestrated several events. Customers included San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers, American Heart Association, among others.

Established and built the Classics Department website allowing the department to promote itself, improve communication with students, and stay in touch with alumni.

Developed connectivity between SeeCode debugger and ARM 7TDMI / StrongARM embedded hardware targets (through Angel Debug Monitor, Wiggler and Raven OCD, JEENI ICE and ARM MultiICE) via C and C++. Conducted sales presentations and lead technical representation at Comdex and Embedded Systems conferences.

Conducted research on Voronoi Polygons in Biology with guidance from Professor John R. Jungck. Published a paper on the Beloit Biology Department website cited on several external sites (including Harvard and NASA).
