Responsible for all aspects of operating a complex Multiplex with extended foodservice facilities. The role also completes budgeting and operations of all aspects of the facility and maintenance of such. I currently oversee a management team of 12 and an overall staff of 150+. I oversee all of the daily operations of the plant including provisions, contract negotiations and labor deployment.Active in all aspects of managing facilities, contract management and negotiations. Including HVAC, Pest Control, Waste Management, Supply and Procurement, General Maintenance, Janitorial Contacts and development, Services Crews, Technology Updates, and Equipment Repair and Maintenance.I have been fortunate enough to develop 5 other General Managers of which 4 are still employed within the company. I have had the opportunity to run 12 different locations and run as many as 4 locations simultaneously.

All aspects of operating one of BC's top grossing Multiplex's featuring IMAX and offering extended food service facilities. Managed a contingent of up to 200 employees including Richmond Centre's operations.
