Serve as primary contact for accounts, which include banks and credit unions throughout the United States, for ALM software product. Includes providing clients with a quarterly ALCO report package via out-sourced ALM model. Requires expertise and knowledge of the software as well as financial forecasting and market value theory. Supporting clients involves daily contact with Presidents, CFOs, Accountants and Financial Analysts.

Analyze business loan requests to determine risk and feasibility: perform cash flow analysis, review credit reports, tax returns and financial statements and conduct on-site inspections. Provide lenders with observations of key drivers in risk analysis. Prepare written loan requests, with findings, for presentation to loan review committee; assist with presentation of loan requests to committee. Manage information exceptions and follow-up with clients to gather missing data. Extensive experience with commercial loan documentation.

Personal, Auto and Mortgage Loan sales and underwriting. Sales duties also included credit life insurance and life insurance policies. Debt collection responsibility.
