Program Coordinator for the STRONG STAR Training InitiativeSSTI conducts learning communities with mental health providers through intensive trainingin evidence-based treatments for PTSD and related problems. These learning communities include in-person training, weekly consultation with a professionally trained consultant, and webinars on advanced training topics.

Research assistant on the National Military Family Bereavement Study (NMFBS), the only longitudinal study to look at the mental health outcomes of family members of deceased service members. Additionally on the Soldiers Health Outcomes Study and Criminal Investigations Departments of the Army STARRS- The Study To Assess Risk and Resiliency in Service members, the largest study of mental health risk and resilience ever to be conducted among military personnel.
