Jeremy has more than 25 years of working experience in various business industries like in commercial finance and trading, and banking and hospital. He is currently responsible for managing a technical team both internal Catalyst and providing Technical consulting assistance to Corporate Customers for higher end duties such as Oracle Database Support, High-Availability System, Installation/deployment, Standard and Non-Standard ERP Agent Support, and Custom Interfaces developed by Implementation Services personnel. In addition, he also provides on-site assistance to customers as needed regarding installation, integration analysis and technical consulting.
