It was a privilege to work with the great State of Texas and counselors to help fellow Disabled Texans to find meaning and advance in their careers. I have decided to advance in a different direction moving to Guthrie OK as a Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach.

This business will be up and running soon to help Soldiers and Veterans as well as Civilians suffering from the effects of Sensory Overload to include PTSD, TBI, Chronic Pain, ADHD, and writer's block, just to name a few.

Providing cognitive and psychological adjustments, pain coping skills, Biofeedback, and talk therapy to those suffering physical and emotional pain. I work from a psychoneuroplasticity framework to help people change their narrative and give new meaning to everyday pains.

As an AW2 Advocate for the SRI Contract for two years, I worked as an integrated, collaborative member of a multidisciplinary healthcare and benefits team within the VAMC for the Soldier/Veteran to advocate, support, and advise the soldier during medical treatments, rehabilitation, and beyond to facilitate the Soldier’s transitions by providing life coaching, career counseling, and to be a resource expert. I managed caseloads between 60 – 70 Soldiers and Veterans. As an AW2 Advocate, I arranged group meetings, outings, and projects to bring cohesiveness to the Warriors and the Advocacy branch promoting a healthier and happier Soldier/Veteran

· As a member of the U.S. Army’s Infantry, I worked with, observed, and learned from many personality types from all over the world. I learned to pay attention to detail and always give my best. As a leader, I learned how to get the best from my Soldiers and remain objective to the needs of the platoon and company. While in places like Bosnia, Germany, Panama, Kuwait, and Iraq, I worked with translators and psychologist to figure out the needs and solutions of the indigenous people we were helping. I have worked with and learned from the best, I believe that counseling from a multicultural perspective is most valuable and that everyone has an interesting history that helps make up their own style of life.
