As a new business owner, I am currently the only employee and am working to have a building established to run my business. The business is veteran-owned and, currently, operated. The purpose is to help individuals, especially veterans, maintain a healthy lifestyle and find a positive outlet for the issues that they deal with. It is the company's belief that by maintaining a healthy lifestyle promotes a positive mindset. By having my certification as a fitness trainer and a strength and conditioning coach, I can accurately assist individuals with their goals. I am able to give recommendations for proper diet and nutrition.
