I am a statistician, who has specialised in producing data for Management data for the NHS for over 10 years. I currently manage a team of 5 people and lead a training program for over 15 people. Which building their understanding of NHS data and what makes exceptional analsysts, is putting information into a wider context.Previously I built the PBR monitoring system for Southwark PCT.My other job was that I worked in the automobile industry, analysing customer statisfaction surveys. There dealers bonuses partially depend on customer satisfaction scores, so we built a process whereby we determined the key drivers behind the scores, so that resources could be spent on what changed customer satisfaction.
