The main responsibilities as an integral part of a client services team were to plan, develop, deliver and service client corporate nonqualified plans. Daily performance duties included implementing, tracking, monitoring, and maintaining client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, fund investments and distributions.Additional Plan Administrator task included developing, maintaining and fully understanding the day to day workflow processes required for client plans assigned. The Plan Administrator facilitates daily transactional activity with the Trustee and trading desk. As well as serves as an initial escalation point for participant call center inquires, and has responsibility for responding in accordance with published standards while acting as a liaison with the client and the company to ensure accuracy of plan recordkeeping and data.

Primary responsibilities consisted of monitoring and updating information contained in all client-reporting calendars to ensure all scheduled asset/liability reports are completed on timeWorked as liaison with insurance carriers to verify and communicate insurance values to clientsCompiled, audited and verified statistical and business math calculations as they apply to assigned benefit and/or insurance plansUpdated administration systems (ADM, BAS, EMA) with all data necessary for plan maintenance, such as cash values, premiums, or benefit valuesFacilitated policy status changes of a more complex nature (such as owner/beneficiary changes or death benefit changes), and followed up to verify carrier confirmation on all transactionsTrained incoming Account Representatives in all areas of benefit/insurance plansManaged multiple high-priority tasks with specific deadlinesRecognized and reacted to plan/market fluctuations and took a pro-active response to meet specific client expectations and funding strategy'sTraining in variable universal life insurance, permanent whole life insurance, private placement life insurance, and annuity products
