⦁ Partner with and sell to a variety of customers including Infectious Disease Specialists, Surgeons, Critical Care Physicians, Pharmacy Directors, Hospitalists, and Microbiologists⦁ Responsible for achieving and maximizing territory and account sales goals through account management, high level clinical proficiency and effective selling.⦁ Educate targeted individuals on the clinical and economic benefits of the Tetraphase product and work closely with Sales Management and Medical Affairs to present a unified approach and consistent data to the customer⦁ Possesses strong account management skills including but not limited to: negotiation,communication, influence and leadership⦁ Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and KOLs⦁ Create and implement a business strategy based on the marketplace dynamics(patient care issues, protocols, reimbursement).⦁ Strategically and effectively manage regional budget and resources⦁ Ensure cohesive collaboration with counterparts (field and internal) to ensure a successful customer engagement flow

⦁ Responsible for all sales activities for Infectious Disease products within The Medicine’s Company portfolio⦁ Maintained a sophisticated level of clinical expertise on select hospital administered Infectious Disease Medicine’s Company products⦁ Developed and directed sales strategies at key institutions in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri including St Francis, St John, Hillcrest, Oklahoma State Hospital, Muskogee Regional, Tahlequah City, Hastings, Mercy St Edwards, Mercy Joplin, Freemen, Mercy Rogers, Washington Regional.⦁ Ranked 6 of 121 in the company for sales in 2015⦁ Work closely with Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Emergency Medicine, Oncology, Pharmacy, Internal Medicine, ICU and corporate personnel, communicating extensively with both, to develop a clinical need assessment and financial assessment that is advantageous to all parties⦁ Work with clients and Market access to develop clinical and sales contracts for Orbactiv implementation
