• Design customized solutions to client’s complex healthcare requirements• Tailor benefits administration system to calculate eligibility and provide enrollment processing• Lead an international team of designers, developers and testers through the SDLC process• Knowledge and comprehension of coding languages including SAS and JCL• Consult with client and third party vendors on projects and change orders• Develop cost estimates for change orders• Act as a technical subject matter expert and participate in an internal “genius bar”• Liaison between client requirements and the development life cycle• Provide technical specifications for batch interfaces• Review system code and integration test plans to ensure quality • Conduct technical and debugging training sessions• Implement functionality to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act, Section 125, and COBRA benefits.• Facilitate user acceptance testing • Mentor and evaluate team member’s performance and pay
