Manage daily operational functions, sales support, product delivery, and business processes.Oversee Treasury Management Implementation and Client Services teams responsible for providing daily support for Vectra’s portfolio of Treasury Management and Merchant Services clients. Serve as a subject matter expert engaged with bank executives. Manage operational risk and improve processes and controls.

Partner with relationship managers to develop new profitable business from prospective and existing clients. Develop strategic recommendations and execute them. Promote sales through frequent client meetings and discussions to present new products and industry insights.

Evaluate clients' business environments, strategies and industry to recommend, plan, and direct proposal writing and the entire sales process. Oversee implementation of recommended deposit, credit, and cash management solutions. Cultivate relationships through the ongoing management of portfolio of commercial clients.Developed diverse and strategic partnerships with key stake holders around the globe to ensure the firm's commitment to inclusion was embedded in all aspects of our work. As a Co-Chair for one of the firm’s leading Business Resource Groups, I was charged with overseeing work streams and partnering with executives for workplace, workforce, marketplace and management accountability initiatives.
