Equity Compensation Consultant - Vice President
Current• Administers all aspects of the company’s equity compensation and deferred compensation programs, accurately maintaining data in multiple systems of record. • Primary advisor to corporate leadership for matters involving the company equity and deferred compensation plans.• Provides pay and job analysis for two affiliate banks totaling over 3,000 employees.• Manages all participant equity plan transactions including annual grants to over 1,400 participants, stock exercises, tax withholdings and dividend payments, ensuring transactions are correctly processed and settled in a timely manner. • Collaborates with corporate payroll, tax and accounting departments to ensure equity and deferred compensation transactions are currently processed and properly accounted for.• Prepares disclosures for Securities and Exchange Commission filings related to equity plans, including annual and quarterly reports, proxy filings, and Section 16 filings.• Develops program procedures while working with finance department and auditors for quarterly reviews, year-end audits.• Implements tight controls and ensures processes are followed.• Guided 225+ military interns on how to successfully transition from military service to the civilian workforce. • Selected to represent the company as a panelist at the American Banker Association’s annual convention.
