About Jeremy Wilson

I am the CEO of GooseNeck Fisheries, the first and only company in the United States and one of two companies worldwide to have the legal rights and permits to harvest, process, package, transport, and export gooseneck barnacles, a highly sought-after delicacy in Spain and Portugal, and the most expensive seafood in the world. Since 2015, I have been leading a profitable and sustainable business that meets the high standards and demands of the international market, while also contributing to the local economy and community. My passion for the fishing industry and marine biology stems from my associate's degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography, and my extensive experience in complex project management, strategic project management, and pre-construction, which I gained from my previous roles as a senior project manager and a working superintendent in various industries and locations. I have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget, while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to grow and innovate in my field, and to share the exquisite taste and texture of gooseneck barnacles with the world.
