I am the Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing subcontractor for SEQTEK.

DataSense is a company I started because I believed there was a big market for Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing in Tulsa and the surrounding area. We offer 4 services:1. Custom programmatic ETL proceduresThis means I can write code that automatically moves data to a central repository2. Data Warehouse architectureI can build that 'centralized repository'; these are specialized databases designed for analytics & reporting3. Business Intelligence reportsMy BI tool of choice is Microsoft's Power BI, but I'm also familiar with building reports using Tableau and others4. Strategic Data AcquisitionIf you don't have the data I can get it & create reports that deliver what you're looking for!

· Maintain data integrity and structure of SQL databases for financial applications· Work with other IT teams in ongoing design, testing, and support of system interface requirements and business re-alignment needs· Understand needs and develop solutions to fit those needs· My first year I worked as part of a team that was able to produce a cost savings of $40k annually for our client through development of custom interfaces. (Done largely with PowerShell) · The next year I worked as a junior developer in a team of two on an n-tier application that exposed me to c#, ASP/ADO.NET and using OO design patterns. We replaced an old visual basic desktop app with a new MVC web app. I coded several of the factory, repository/unit-of-work, strategy and model classes as well as performed sql database development for custom staging tables. We improved process efficiency by 300% (what took 3-4 days now can be completed in 1) and identified an additional area of optimization for our client.

My positions focus was in (3) area's: 1.) Maintenance & Development of the CRM (GoldMine) 2.) Training/Product implementation (eg making sure people know how to use it & do just that!) 3.) Process control, improvement and standardization. I also performed ad hoc reporting using tSQL for multiple internal & external stakeholders and developed dashboards for performance management of our enrollment representatives. Ultimately, I acted as a change agent and manager of change. During my tenure at Oklahoma Wesleyan both our residential & AGS (Adult & Grauate Studies) offices of admission enjoyed increasing & historically high enrollment. It was a great honor being part of the team that achieved this feat.
