Fall 2012 and Summer 2014• provided speaking opportunities for all proficiency levels (English) and gave directed feedback. • Presented discourse and language feedback, advice and correction on student essays and writing projects (Writing Fellow).• General tutoring and mentoring for students from all of the major continents.

• Planned, coordinated and implemented (along with committee members) all activities for the club with little to no supervision.• Engineered large-scale fundraiser among students as part of club activities that raised $15,000 (a large sum for a student fundraiser).• Managed financial accounts and all monetary transactions.

• Regularly taught English lessons to local Russians in two different course formats: 1) community group lessons (beg., int. and adv. levels), and 2) private lessons, usually in homes (individuals or small groups).• Presented puppet shows at school assemblies (in Russian), encouraging students to lead healthy life-styles and avoid smoking, drugs and other harmful habits. • Performed humanitarian work and other acts of service.• Spoke and operated in the Russian language a majority of the time.
