Providing consulting and advisory support to multinational companies in the crossover of:• Health and wellbeing in the workplace • Risk management and financing• Captive insurance companies• Employee benefits design, governance, management and operationI bring over 35 years' consulting and corporate experience in these areas, most recently as global Head of Pension & Benefits and then Head of Wellbeing at Standard Chartered Bank. I was responsible for the development and delivery of the Bank’s approach to benefits and wellbeing for some 85,000 colleagues (and their families) across 59 markets. I was also Chair of the UK Health Trust and a member of the Bank’s Captive Advisory Forum.I am particularly interested in helping understand and shape the future of the employee value proposition for the future of work, to deal with human, social, generational, demographic and business challenges, at the same time balancing wellbeing with high performance.
