I performed critical assessment of the EDF Smart Home Store, providing strategic and financial insights to key stakeholders to determine future strategy, deliver growth and reduce costs. I reduced costs of the EDF Smart Home Store through ownership of end-to-end planning, forecasting, and analysis.I developed value cases to determine the potential value of new business propositions and designed dashboards and KPI’s to track performance. I established strong and long-term partnerships with global external suppliers and data providers to drive sales. I also developed performance dashboards to improve performance and highlight key drivers of value.

During this tenure, I acted as financial consultant and business partner for head of business development and head of innovation partnerships. I was tasked with reviewing new opportunities for investment or strategic partnerships, including analysis of financial projections, development of business cases, performance reporting and strategic recommendations. I also developed budgets, targets, forecasts, and recommendations for various new business propositions. I Held ultimate responsibility for pricing strategy and margin management for the Smart Home Store, identifying cost saving and revenue generation opportunities.
