I am a writer, speaker and podcaster who focuses on mental health and wellbeing, combining my recent tertiary studies and personal experience with my corporate background. I write and produce the weekly Let’s Talk About Mental Health podcast full of simple ideas for better mental health, which has listeners in more than 150 countries worldwide. I provide coaching and counselling services to individual clients, as well as seminars and workshops for businesses focused on better mental health and wellbeing.Prior to my current career I worked in the corporate sector. I have extensive experience in operational management, customer service, recruitment, training design/delivery, leadership development and project delivery, gained from over 15 years spent in the corporate sector. I previously worked in the employment services industry as an Area Manager at Sureway, leading a team in the Central North/West area of NSW who work with Disability Employment Services clients. I recently completed an undergraduate degree in sociology and psychology, with additional studies in human resources/management. In my spare time I write about mental health/ wellbeing and self-development, and I am a proud member of the Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association (ANZMHA).
