I am a Communications Professional with experience in multi-platform distribution of content. I have a strong skill set with end-to-end production of video content which has been distributed on TV channels, all social media platforms, corporate and affiliate websites. From my work at Rogers TV, I have acquired skills in production development, set-up, shooting and editing (post-production). I have used post-production tools including Avid and Adobe Creative Suite for editing and animation.I can provide senior level communications expertise, consultative advice and guidance for communications or marketing campaigns. I have acquired a strong understanding of all social media platforms by overseeing all social media marketing and posts for Rogers TV (Grand River Region). I have used web analytics to measure the impact and success of social media posts and used those findings to improve future campaigns and posts. I have a passion for writing, whether it's journalistic or for communications purposes. I have shared my love for writing with post-secondary students as a Broadcast Journalism Instructor at Fanshawe College.I have showcased my leadership skills by managing teams of up to twenty-seven staff members in four locations.
