Jeremy Terhune is an Associate Environmental Planner in the San Joaquin Valley Management Branch 2 at Caltrans D10, Division of Environmental Analysis. Jeremy graduated from CSU Chico with a B.A. Degree in Humanities, and is completing his M.S. in Transportation Management at the Mineta Institute, San Jose State University. Jeremy has served the State of California as an Associate Environmental Planner since 2018. He joined the Caltrans D10 team as an Environmental Construction Liaison in 2021, after a special assignment as a bilingual COVID-19 Outbreak Investigator for CDPH. Prior to CDPH, Jeremy served the Delta Protection Commission the CA Great Delta Trail Coordinator. Jeremy speaks fluent Spanish, enjoys playing drums in his blues band, and spending time outdoors with his family and friends. He is the proud father of a 17-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son. Jeremy has been married to his beautiful wife, Nereida, whom he met in the Peace Corps Panama, for over a decade. Jeremy is grateful for the opportunity to lead and learn from such an amazing team!
