I had multiple titles throughout my time with Target. By the end of my employment I had taken on the role of Closing Expert which was a manager level position taking care of the General Merchandise department during the closing period. Beforehand I had taken the role of Tech Consultant in which I was the main person to go to for anything related in the Electronics department and anything technical in the store. Previously I also was a Guest Advocate where I took in the role of assisting guests with returns, checkouts snd online pickups. In between my time as a Tech Consultant, I had the opportunity to be apart of remodel which helped in doing a full remodel inside the store in which I helped set up all systems, departments while also learning each department. I also helped out guests when we had done a major overhaul in showing them where everything had been changed to.
