- Led team responsible for common area, temporary storefront and pop-up retail leasing across seven super-regional shopping centers in Northern California and Washington, managing a $22 million revenue budget representing over 180 permanent tenants and 200 temporary tenants.- Negotiated site selection, lease length, and economic terms, as well as termination provisions, security and use language. - Consulted with local, regional and national brands to launch and grow innovative shopping center-based experiential retail activations. - Graduate of the Westfield Iconic Leaders Program, a year-long executive education course taught through the UCLA Anderson School of Business- Spearheaded the creation of rotating pop-up programs across shopping centers to highlight local artisans through innovative partnerships with local community based organization and city agencies.

- Secured grant funding from IBM, the David & Lucile Packard Foundation, and the California Community College Chancellor’s Office to market online computer skills assessment and training program to administrators and faculty at 30+ Bay Area community colleges.
