Consulting for ONE HITS as the Interoperability Team Lead. Successfully moved 20 hospitals to a new shared instance of Meditech expanse. Worked directly with Connecting Ontario and multitudes of other vendors to test and transfer all interfaces. • Managing 8 NMI resources from 5 different hospitals• Planning and reporting of 20 hospitals interface progress• Presenting plans to hospitals for expected tasks required for hospital migration• Created tools for both tracking and reporting individuals progress on assigned tasks• Resolved issues with both vendors and network resources to keep projects on track• Work directly with PMOs to create go live transition plans for 20 hospitals• Architected and directed plan for migrating 20 hospitals to one Meditech instance• Facilitate weekly team standups and 1on1 meeting to both mentor and direct progress• Discuss with sites how to improve performance by combining interfaces for sites where appropriate
