Key responsibilities:• Recruitment • Coordinating with the agencies and other sources for sourcing manpower• Preparing the payroll for all the employees in the organization and forwarding the same to the accounts department for salary processing• Preparation and forwarding legal letters for the employees who have absconded from the firm• Coordinating with the bank officials for opening the salary account for the employees• Maintaining a close loop with the operations team for the required manpower on the production floor• Coordinating and helping the new joiners with their joining formalities • Maintaining the master database of employees & issuing offer letters to the new joiners• Coordinating with the accounts team with regards to ESI & PF processing• Issuing employee ID cards & access cards• Conducting employee engagement activities • Preparation and filing of experience letters and resignation database• Sending daily/weekly recruitment status to the higher officials• Preparation of attrition analysis report • Ensuring the team members are adhering to the roles & responsibilities assigned to them• Coordinating with the training department regarding the trainee certification status

Key Responsibilities:• Ensuring accuracy of cost details in latest estimate like manpower, seats, etc.• To closely watch the revenue movement in all programs on a daily basis and to raise flash points when the same deviates from the latest estimate• Ensuring proper control mechanism on resource management and spend management to ensure there are no wastages in the system. Flash point reporting on the wastages in the system.• Budget and budgetary control
