Job Purpose• Ensure that all Khor Khwair Plant Facilities Emergency Response planning is in place and fit for purpose in conjunction with the Operations Manager, Production Manager, and HSE Department in accordance with the company ERP.• Ensure that all Maintenance activity plans include specified process safety management (PSM) guidelines, appropriate Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).• Ensure the maximum availability of plant, equipment and machinery utilizing the company based CMMS system covering all maintenance activities; materials supply management, insurance spares classification, materials & equipment preservation (in accordance with OEM & Vendor recommendations) and stock commodity management.• Provide management with reported statistical information on the total cost of ownership and effectiveness of the maintenance strategy.• Ensure compliance with all mandatory legal requirements and company specific requirements including standard plant and equipment inspection requirements.• Ensure maintenance departmental reporting compliance in accordance with company and other mandatory operating standards and requirements.Key Responsibilities• Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of all Rak Gas facilities to deliver highest value to stakeholders without compromise.• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.• Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.• Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the production department.• Ensure routine calibration of testing equipment and maintenance requirements of instrument, electrical and mechanical systems are undertaken• Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.

Job Description• Adherence to Gas & Oil Processing Facility Operating Principals without compromise.• Support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices. Preparation of concise and accurate production reports on daily and monthly basis.• Regular update of and ensuring adherence to process facility operating procedures.• Provide call out cover on daily basis to assist in troubleshooting process anomalies.• Provide training to operators and others as required as operational conditions change.• Ensuring the company permit to work system is operated correctly and to provide assistance as required for any special operations ongoing or planned.• Carry out emergency response duties where necessary. To ensure the onshore process facility is run continuously in a safe and efficient manner.• Ensuring daily and monthly reports are prepared detailing produced and exported volumes.• Correct and up to date maintenance of ‘user friendly’ Scada screens and providing training and explanations to Senior Operators and Operators as necessary.• Remaining fully involved with day-to-day operations to be of maximum service in troubleshooting plant anomalies.• Frequent contact with Company personnel up to Operations Manager level to discuss performance and provide advice.Key Responsibilities• Good all round knowledge and ‘hands on’ operating experience of all onshore related processes, with the ability to train and teach others.• Good operating knowledge of Scada systems, with attributable computer literacy.• To work with the Central Control Room Senior Operators to ensure smooth and safe day-to-day operation of the process facilities.• Key contributor to Asset plan.• Good command of English with appropriate reporting skills.

Job Purpose• Demonstrate appropriate safety behaviors and commitment to environmental policies.• Emergency response duties as required.• For ensuring that Rak Gas staff follow Operating Principals without compromise.• Identify safety hazards, issue and cancel work permits, initiate isolation and lock-out procedures,ensure correct use of PPE, report all incidents and accidents.• Ensure operations consider all opportunities to maximize uptime of all equipment to safely operateand deliver maximum value.• Ensure flawless execution of all tasks associated with Rak Gas operations.• Compliance with environmental regulations and targets.• Stand-in coverage for Production Supervisor if delegated.• Developing direct-report personnel through documented performance agreements which identifiessuccession plans and training needs where appropriate.• Routine communications as required including offshore and marine.• Frequent contact with Company personnel up to Operations Manager level to discuss performanceand provide advice.• Work according to Company’s established policies and specialized professional standards.Key Responsibilities• Responsible for all shift activities at Rak Gas facilities ensuring their safe, efficient operationmaximizing production without compromise to safety.
