Coordinate with vendors in scheduling for project completions. Take care of preventative maintenance and schedule monthly check-up on building equipment. Schedule and complete tenant work orders, needs and questions. Maintaining commercial buildings. Completing the requirements of monthly safety tests.

Maintain total operation of 3 Lofts residential and retail occupants. Coordinate turnover process, scheduling both, internal personnel and outside contractors and complete final inspections before they go to leasing and management. Track inventories and orders supplies as needed for the turnover process. Complete work orders in a timely fashion to include plumbing, electrical carpentry, ground maintenance, and repairs of appliances, drywall, painting and complete tile work and HVAC.

Supervise Maintenance and Grounds Crew of all jobs and performances. Work closely with the Leasing Director and Managers regarding the turnover and work order operations. Completion of work orders in a timely fashion. Coordinate the turnover and work order process, scheduling both, internal personnel and outside contractors and complete final inspections before they go to the leasing and management staff. Tracked inventories and orders supplies as needed for turnovers. Evaluate the turnover and work order job performance for both internal personnel and outside contractors. Duties to include HVAC plumbing, electrical, carpentry, ground maintenance, drywall, painting, tile work and hooking up and removal of appliances.
